Our refund and returns policy is activate within 7 days of your purchase and receipt. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we may not be able to offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, and be accompanied with a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

      • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

      • Any item that is returned more than 7 days after delivery

    Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as foods, supplements, and health care may not be returned. We also do not accept products gift cards and those that are intimate, personal care items and sanitary goods.

    Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

    Refunds

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your Online JustGudinuf account, your credit card or your original method of payment, within a 14 workings days of receiving the goods, and if the above criteria have been satisfied.

    Late or missing refunds

    To ensure a seamless process for all parties concerned, Please note it may take time before your refund is officially posted, due to differing banks, delivery services, quality control reviews, and Bank account vetting processes.

    If you are due for a refund, and haven’t received a refund (as per above), please review your bank account, contact your Bank, or recheck your Online JustGudinuf account once more.

    If you have completed the above, and still have not received your refund, please contact us on {info@justgudinuf.co.za}, and we will gladly follow up on it’s status.

    Promo items

    Certain promotional items may not be refunded, subject to their terms and conditions.

    Exchanges

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged as a result of a factory fault. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {info@justgidunuf.co.za}, and we can assist with the pick-up and inspection of the products. Once the inspection is completed, and the findings are in agreement with the information received by our customer, we shall assist in sourcing the replacement item.

    Please note, if the pricing varies from the original item then the difference shall be payable.

    If the delivery address is different from the original, then this may be subject to further shipping charges.

    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you, or your account credited (if applicable).

    Shipping returns

    To return your product, you should contact us for mailing details.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs may be non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

    We recommend making use of our courier services for any returns, which can be arranged through our email services, however if you choose to return using your own courier, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of the item.

    Self-Payment:

    Justgudinuf are committed to providing the best quality healthcare services. We do not accept any health insurance whatsoever. Our services are 100% self-pay by our patients. By participating in these transactions, you acknowledge that you do not want to use any insurance benefit for these services,
    You have selected the services and are willing to accept full financial responsibility for payment.

    Our Platform and the Services are not for medical emergencies or urgent situations. You should not disregard or delay seeking medical advice based on anything that appears or does not appear on our Platform. If you believe you are experiencing an emergency, call your doctor immediately.

    Any Medical Emergency:

    You should seek emergency help or follow up care when recommended by a Provider or when otherwise needed. You should continue to consult with your primary provider and other healthcare professionals as recommended. Always seek the advice of a physician or other qualified healthcare provider concerning questions you have regarding a medical condition and before stopping, starting, or modifying any treatment.

    Risk of Teleservices:

    By using the Services, you acknowledge the potential risks associated with them. These include but are not limited to the following: information transmitted may not be sufficient to allow for appropriate medical or health care decision making by the Provider; delays in evaluation or treatment could occur due to a lack of access to your medical records, may result in adverse drug interactions or allergic reactions or other judgment errors; although the electronic systems we use incorporate network and software security protocols to protect the privacy and security of health information, those protocols could fail causing a breach of privacy of your health information.

    If you submit any health information, medical history, conditions, problems, symptoms, personal information, consent forms, agreements, requests, comments, ideas, suggestions, information, files, videos, images, or other materials to us or our Platform (“User Information”), you agree not to provide any User Information that (a) is false, inaccurate, defamatory, abusive, libelous, unlawful, obscene, threatening, harassing, fraudulent, pornographic, or harmful, or that could encourage criminal or unethical behavior, (b) violates or infringes the privacy, copyright, trademark, trade dress, trade secrets, or intellectual property rights of any person or entity, or (c) contains or transmits a virus or any other harmful component.

    Provider may advise patients, when reasonably necessary, that Services provided through the Platform may not be a complete or adequate substitute for in-person assessments by the Provider.

    Indemnification:

    You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Justgudinuf and any affiliates harmless from and against any and all rights, demands, losses, liabilities, damages, claims, causes of action, actions, and suits (no matter whether at law or equity), fees, costs, and attorney’s fees of any kind whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of or in connection with: (i) your use or misuse of the Platform, Products, Services, or any information posted on the Platform; (ii) your breach of the Terms of Use or Privacy Policy; (iii) any negligent or wrongful act or omission by you in your use or misuse of the Platform, Products, Services, or any information on the Platform, including without limitation, infringement of third party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or negligent or wrongful conduct.

    Force Majeure:

    We will not be deemed to be in breach of these terms or liable or deemed to have defaulted for any breach of these Terms of Use or our Privacy Policy for any failure or delay in fulfilling or performing any term of these Terms of Use, when and to the extent such failure or delay is caused by or results from acts beyond our reasonable control, including, without limitation, the  following force majeure events (“Force Majeure Event(s)”): (a) acts of God; (b) flood, fire, earthquake, explosion, pandemic, or epidemic; (c) war, invasion, hostilities (whether war is declared or not), terrorist threats or acts, riot or other civil unrest; (d) government order, law, or actions; (e) embargoes or blockades in effect on or after the date of this Agreement; (f) national or regional emergency; and (g) other events beyond the reasonable control of ourselves.

    WHAT ARE SOME OTHER SIDE EFFECTS OF THE CONSUMABLE PRODUCTS?
    All drugs may cause side effects. However, many people have no side effects or only have minor side effects. Call your doctor or get medical help if any of these side effects or any other side effects bother you or do not go away:  Flushing.; Headache, Back pain.; Muscle pain.; Upset stomach.; Nose or throat irritation.; Signs of a common cold. These are not all of the side effects that may occur. If you have questions about side effects, call your doctor.

    HOW DO I STORE AND/OR THROW OUT PRODUCTS?
    Store at room temperature in a dry place. Do not store in a bathroom. Keep all drugs in a safe place. Keep all drugs out of the reach of children and pets. Throw away unused or expired drugs. Do not flush down a toilet or pour down a drain unless you are told to do so. Check with your pharmacist if you have questions about the best way to throw out drugs.

    If your symptoms or health problems do not get better or if they become worse, call your doctor. ;  Do not share your drugs with others and do not take anyone else’s drugs.
